Police arrested John Chess Foster, 50, of Cantonment, a suburb of Pensacola, on Saturday, according to Escambia County Jail records.

An unnamed woman called the police to a trailer where she lived with Foster. Citing a police document, ABC 3 WEARTV reported the woman told police a fight over money with Foster had turned violent, and he slapped her across the face, and tried to pin her to a wall. She said she then bit his arm, and slapped him in order to escape.

The alleged victim told deputies she was only allowed to leave the home for short periods of time, when she was escorted by a family member, according to the arrest report seen by Pensacola News Journal.

The woman also claimed Foster would get high on meth.

The arrest report stated Foster was a member of a motorcycle gang, but was booted out three years ago.

After he was excluded from the group, Foster allegedly forced the woman to have sex with men over the three-year period. Police say Foster made the woman perform sex acts on over 20 men.

Foster would facilitate the encounters by making the woman sit naked and telling her what to do.

The woman told Escambia County Sheriff’s Office deputies she did not consent to the sex acts. If she refused to obey Foster’s orders, he would hit and choke her.

After the men had finished, Foster would instruct her to “clean up” by bathing in bleach.

Police said that while they were speaking to the victim at the property, the woman was washing dishes. She claimed Foster would “beat her” when he came home from jail if she didn’t clean them.

It was unclear what sort of relationship Foster had with the woman, or why he was kicked out of the gang.

Foster was charged with three counts of battery, sexual battery, kidnap and false imprisonment, and human trafficking. He was held with no bond. If found guilty, he could face a 30-year prison sentence.

Assistant state attorney John Molchan told ABC WEARTV: “We’ve assigned a special prosecutor who is working with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office to basically go into all of those facets of her allegations.”

Molchan said Foster was charged with domestic battery in June, but the case was not pursued because he kept the woman away from officials. The District Attorney’s Office plans to refile the case.

“We’ve made an arrest but now there’s a lot of work to be done to basically put the case together,” he said.
